About Northwealth
Northwealth is an investment advisory firm offering equity portfolio reviews, mutual fund portfolio reviews, goal-based portfolio planning, and related support services. Our approach focuses on personalised advice, disciplined investing, and long-term portfolio development.
Returns depend on market conditions, portfolio composition, investment horizon, and associated risks. We seek fundamentally sound businesses with sustainable growth potential while focusing on managing risk. No return or capital protection is assured or guaranteed.
We manage risk through suitable asset allocation, diversification, concentration limits, investment selection, and periodic portfolio reviews. Risk can be managed but cannot be eliminated completely.
No. We do not charge a performance-linked fee or take a share of your portfolio returns. The applicable advisory fee is agreed upon before the service begins.
Our advisory fee is generally calculated as a percentage of the Assets Under Advice, or AUA. The exact fee depends on the portfolio value, service scope, and complexity of the engagement.
The agreed advisory fee is payable before the service begins and generally applies for the agreed engagement period, which may be one year. The fee, applicable taxes, and service terms are disclosed in advance.
No. We do not ask for or retain your passwords, OTPs, PINs, or transaction credentials. Your trading, demat, investment, and bank accounts remain under your complete control.
No. We provide investment recommendations, while the final decision and execution remain with you. You place transactions through your own broker or investment platform.
You may need to provide portfolio statements, purchase details, profit and loss statements,
mutual fund statements, financial goals, investment horizon, liquidity requirements, and risk profiling information.
From the day of onboarding, you are assigned a dedicated Relationship Advisor for portfolio related communication and a Relationship Manager for service-related support. Portfolio reviews and recommendations are developed by our research team under appropriate supervision and in coordination with your Advisor.
Recommendations may be communicated through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, or another agreed channel. Meetings may also be conducted online or, where feasible, in person.
Portfolios are reviewed according to the selected service arrangement, generally on a periodic basis. An additional review may be conducted when there is a material change in your portfolio, goals, risk profile, or financial circumstances.
No. Suitability depends on your portfolio size, investment requirements, financial position, and service costs. Comprehensive advisory may not be economical for very small or uncomplicated portfolios and is not suitable for investors seeking guaranteed returns or short-term trading calls.
